1 pizza dough
Olive Oil
Mozzarella (to roll in pizza tip)
1 big clove of Garlic
Aromatic salt
Prociutto
Fresh Thym
Fresh Basil
Fresh Oregano
Parmesan Cheeze
1) Roll your dough to make a pizza and open oven at 400Cm, ensure that your pizza in at least 2 inches more than the pizza tray and reserve a piece of dough to make a small ball that you will put in the middle
2) Add olive oil and rub it on the pizza very well
3) Put mozarella at the tip of the pizza and roll it in (so that you create pizza tip with mozzarella cheeze)
3) Chop the prociutto, thym, basil, oregano, garlic separately and keep a side
4) Start by putting the chopped garlic on the pizza and rub it a bit so that the pizza absorbs the oil of the garlic, then add the Aromatic salt, then the prociutto evenly. Put the pizza in the oven and cook half way
5) Then add the parmesan cheeze and the fresh spices (Thym, Basil and Oregano) - just a touch
6) add the little pizza ball
6) Put back in the oven until fully cooked (until dough is light brown and crusty)
Note: If you do not have fresh spices, dry is OK too. You can also replace prociutto by ham. But...
